Roma Wins Governor's Award
Our own Dr. Catherine Roma received the prestigious Governor's Award for the Arts in Ohio this past Wednesday April 16, 2008. She was one of seven winners to be recognized for the dedication to the arts, and the only recipient from Cincinnati, to win.
Sponsored by the Ohio Citizen for the Arts Foundation, Arts Day recognizes the public value of, and support for the arts. Out of 69 nominations, Roma won in the category of Community Development and Participation.
